Riyadh – Mubasher: Gas Arabian Services Company (GAS) and Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) inked a long-term agreement to provide in-plant services across various technical disciplines, including mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and communication.

The deal holds a tenor of an initial period of six years, with the possibility of extension for two additional periods of three years each, totaling a potential 12 years, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, the financial impact will depend on the size and scope of the work to be carried out under the relevant contracts and purchase order.

Last January, GAS rolled out plans to establish a fully-owned limited liability subsidiary in the construction sector, with a share capital of SAR 1 million.
